Care Connection Home Support is a Maryland-based residential service agency delivering compassionate home care and RSA Level 3 services across Prince George's, Charles, and St. Mary's Counties. We combine the warmth of home with the standards of professional healthcare, including skilled nursing services, so clients can age in place, recover with confidence, and live with dignity.

Meet Our Founder

Joanna King, DNP, FNP-BC, CWCN-AP, CLWT — Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner & Certified Wound Care Specialist. Joanna founded Care Connection, a compassionate home care initiative, to address the gap she observed in practice: families who required more than just a visit — they needed a true connection. As a leading residential service agency in Maryland, Care Connection is dedicated to providing skilled nursing services that meet the unique needs of each family.
